Yesterday I found out that I did not pass the Financial Accounting and Reporting section of the CPA exam that I took on July 10th. Not only did I not pass, I didn't even come close. This really kills any desire I've had for continuing to try to pass the CPA exam. After over 5 years of after-college studying for the CPA exam, and way too much money spent on review material and exam fees, I think that I'm ready to let the "sunset" on this chapter of my life and focus my energy on something else.
