This morning I decided to skip my mountain bike ride (due to some sort of head cold I've been plagued with) and mosey on over to Issaquah and check out the Salmon Days Festival. I made it there just in time for the float parade (yawn). I did notice a disportionate amount of old people and teenagers (in population and size). Maybe it was my cold or maybe it was my observations but I just couldn't work up an appetite to try any of the food or the salmon bbq. Oh well, there's always next year, that is unless St. Helens blows us all to smithereens.
