Cubicles

Poor, poor G has Seattle's smallest cubicle:


Really, is this the best idea for a working envirnonment that the brilliant minds in business can come up with? Reasons why cubicles suck:

A.) You always feel like a gopher when you stand up to see what's going on outside your cubicle
B.) it's like you're in a fish bowl for people to watch,
C.) ergonomically boring,
D.) feeling of subpar compared to those that have offices.

What are your thoughts to cubicles? Has anyone seen or have better alternatives to cubicles? How about tents or domes?
